DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS
1.- Spain
A) Mainland and Balearic Islands
Orders of € 95 or more will be sent postage paid. If the order is less than € 95, it will be sent as well, but there will be a delivery charge of € 6 . All items will be dispatched within 48-72 hours if the merchandise is in stock and we have received confirmation before 1pm CET (Central European Time ). If the item is not in stock, www.boncami.com will contact the customer to inform him of the dispatch time for the requested merchandise, at which point the customer can accept the new dispatch time, cancel the order or ask for a refund.

B) Canary Islands
Orders of € 200 or more will be sent postage paid. If the order is less than € 200, it will be sent, but there will be a delivery charge of € 20. Delivery time will take from 48 to 72 hours if the merchandise is in stock and we have received confirmation before 1pm CET (Central European Time). If the item is not in stock, www.boncami.com will contact the customer to inform him of the dispatch time for the requested merchandise, at which point the customer can accept the new dispatch time, cancel the order or ask for a refund.

2.- Countries in the EU
Orders of € 200 or more will be sent postage paid. If the order is less than € 200, it will be sent as well, but there will be a delivery charge of € 20. Delivery time will take from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the destination. This delivery time is valid if the requested merchandise is in stock and we have received confirmation before 1pm CET (Central European Time). If the item is not in stock, www.boncami.com will contact the customer to inform him of the dispatch time for the requested merchandise, at which point the customer can accept the new dispatch time, cancel the order or ask for a refund.

3.- Other Countries
Orders will be sent and the customer will always be charged for postage. The delivery time will depend on the country selected as delivery destination:
